Small trial orders are acceptable. Please contact us for detailed MOQ for different pump models.
### 3. What is your production lead‑time?
Normal lead‑time is around 7‑12 working days according to order quantity and pump models.
### 4. Can you do OEM / customized logo?
Yes, we support OEM service for bulk orders.
### 5. What shipping options are available?
For small‑quantity orders or urgent shipments, we ship by commercial express including DHL, FedEx and UPS.
For bulk orders of dozens of pump units, we highly recommend sea freight, which offers more competitive cost with longer transit time.
Buyer is responsible for local customs duties and import charges regardless of shipping method.

Yes, please advise your well depth, required water flow and local sunlight condition, our technical team will recommend suitable models for you.
### 7. Are your solar pumps brushless motor?
All our main‑series solar submersible pumps adopt brushless motor, for longer service life and stable performance.
### 8. Do your pumps come with MPPT controller?
Our solar pumps are matched with external MPPT controller, please follow our official wiring diagram for installation.

We support offline payment via Western Union and Wise. Please contact us to get payment details before making payment.
